本作品基于活动理论，聚焦K12教师家校沟通与班级管理中的高频痛点，设计一款名为“AI助教“的教师端APP。通过引入人工智能能力优化教师核心任务工作流，实现信息高效处理与班级数据沉淀。该APP以教师主导、AI协同为原则，旨在减轻教师事务负担，提升家校沟通与班级管理效率，推动家校沟通向智能化与系统化发展。

This work, based on activity theory, focuses on the high-frequency pain points in K-12 teachers' home-school communication and classroom management, and designs a teacher-side app called "AI Teaching Assistant." By introducing artificial intelligence capabilities, it optimizes teachers' core task workflows, achieving efficient information processing and classroom data accumulation. The app, based on the principle of teacher-led, AI-assisted operation, aims to reduce teachers' workload, improve the efficiency of home-school communication and classroom management, and promote the intelligent and systematic development of home-school communication.
