空间组学通过结合基因表达与空间位置信息理解生物学差异。在研究空间转录组数据时,聚类常用于识别空间区域。但实际操作中,研究者常面临在面对多样的算法与参数配置之间进行有效比较、评估来择优的难题。本项目运用数据可视化与交互设计构建了可视分析系统 ST-Refinery,为研究者完成从观察、判断到优化与生物学解释的连续分析过程提供了全程有力支持。
Spatial omics integrates gene expression with spatial information to support the understanding of biological differences. In the analysis of spatial transcriptomics data, clustering is commonly used to identify spatial regions. In practice, however, researchers often face the challenge of effectively comparing and evaluating diverse algorithms and parameter settings in order to select the most appropriate results. This project applies data visualization and interaction design to develop ST-Refinery, a visual analytics system that provides comprehensive support for a continuous analytical process from observation and judgment to refinement and biological interpretation.
