SoulSync 是一款基于积极心理学 PERMA 模型设计的沉浸式虚拟冥想作品。用户用自然语言描绘理想冥想空间，系统借助 AIGC 生成专属场景。体验中，语音引导与脑电生物反馈把专注与放松转化为光影流动与气泡呼吸的效果，虚拟精灵的陪伴帮助用户把注意带回当下。作品将冥想化作一段可视、可感的内在旅程，留下可持续的安定与温柔力量。
SoulSync is an immersive virtual meditation experience designed around the PERMA model in positive psychology. Users describe their ideal meditation space in natural language, and the system uses AIGC to generate a personalized scene. During the session, voice guidance and EEG-based biofeedback translate focus and relaxation into shifting light and breathing bubbles, while a gentle virtual spirit helps bring attention back to the present moment. SoulSync turns meditation into a journey you can see and feel, leaving a lasting sense of calm and quiet strength.
