本作品以产品服务系统理论为框架,结合BCI脑机接口技术,构建全周期睡眠管理方案。硬件端为集成脑电电极与多模态干预模块的BCI智能枕,实现无感化监测;APP端将脑电数据转化为可执行的改善建议与情感化反馈。系统覆盖睡前、睡中与日间全流程,形成“感知-判断-干预-反馈”闭环。
This work adopts the Product-Service System theory as a framework and integrates Brain-Computer Interface technology to build a full-cycle sleep management solution. On the hardware side, a BCI smart pillow embedded with EEG electrodes and multimodal intervention modules enables unobtrusive monitoring. On the software side, a companion app translates EEG data into actionable improvement suggestions and emotionally supportive feedback. The system covers the entire pre-sleep, in-sleep, and daytime journey, forming a closed loop of “sensing – judging – intervening – feedback.”
