service design | children’s education service design in comprehensive museums
Comprehensive museums primarily focus on knowledge display, yet children often encounter difficulties in understanding, low levels of engagement, and fragmented experiences during visits. From a service design perspective, this project constructs a full-process educational service system—covering pre-visit, during-visit, and post-visit stages—based on existing exhibition settings. Through the design of an exploratory learning service system, museum visits are transformed into continuous learning experiences. Centered on interactive tasks, contextualized interpretation, and self-directed exploration, the design aims to enhance cognitive understanding and engagement, and to promote the continuity and deepening of museum-based learning.
