本作品聚焦社区内高频使用的基础设施——生活垃圾分类投放点。针对现有设施功能不完善、服务流程不畅等痛点，将服务设计的理论与方法引入社区微更新中，其核心目的在于优化人的实际投放体验。方案从空间与设施、信息与视觉、服务与管理、激励与认同四个维度，提出了一套兼顾空间改造与服务优化的系统性更新策略。
This project focuses on a frequently used infrastructure within the community—the Drop-off Point for Municipal Solid Waste Separation. Addressing pain points in existing facilities, such as inadequate functions and inefficient service processes, it introduces service design theories and methods into community Micro-regeneration. Its core objective is to optimize the actual disposal experience for users. From the four dimensions of space and facilities, information and visuals, service and management, as well as incentives and recognition, the proposal puts forward a systematic update strategy that balances spatial transformation with service optimization.
