本作品是一款针对青年糖尿病群体的APP设计，产品名称为“趣糖”。该App为用户提供运动监测、饮食干预及心理调适等综合管理方案，旨在助力用户建立健康管理行为模式。“趣糖”的用户群定位于18-35岁的青年人，着重于通过劝导式的干预措施对糖尿病进行健康管理，根据用户不同情况进行针对性帮助，最终达到控制病情的效果。
This work is an APP design for young people with diabetes. The product name is "Sugar Well". This App provides users with comprehensive management solutions such as exercise monitoring, dietary intervention, and psychological adjustment, aiming to help users establish a healthy management behavior model. The user group of "Sugar Well" is targeted at young people aged 18-35. It focuses on health management of diabetes through persuasive intervention measures, and provides targeted help according to different situations of users to finally achieve the effect of disease control.
