展览以敦煌莫高窟 220 窟为时空坐标，通过感官科技重构文化基因链，打造可触、可嗅、可聆听的敦煌叙事场域。展览主题空间模拟敦煌 220 窟的空间结构，运用投影、灯光等技术将壁画、佛像等艺术元素逼真呈现，同时设置不同的感官体验区域，如历史叙事区、感官交互区、社交传播区，让观众全方位感受敦煌文化。互动体验区设置各类互动装置，如乐舞体验区、乐器互动区等，鼓励观众积极参与，增强对敦煌文化的理解与感受。
The exhibition takes Cave 220 of the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang as its spatiotemporal anchor, reconstructing cultural DNA chains through sensory technology to create a tangible, olfactory, and auditory narrative field of Dunhuang. The thematic space mimics the architectural structure of Cave 220, employing projections, lighting, and other technologies to vividly present artistic elements such as murals and Buddhist statues. Additionally, it features multisensory experiential zones—including a historical narrative area, sensory interaction zone, and social engagement zone—enabling visitors to immerse themselves in Dunhuang culture holistically. The interactive section showcases installations like a dance performance area and musical instrument interaction zone, encouraging participatory engagement to deepen understanding and appreciation of Dunhuang's heritage.
