本设计旨在为农村留守儿童构建情感关怀服务系统，缓解亲子分离导致的情感缺失。
结合本土化、多元共生和可持续性理念，激活邻里互助资源，构建多主体协同网络。线下打造"邻爱共同体"服务体系，线上开发"心邻+"APP增强资源连接，通过"线下服务+线上辅助"模式，既保障情感支持真实温度，又提升服务可及性与持续性。
This design aims to build an emotional care service system for rural left-behind children, alleviating emotional deficiencies caused by parent-child separation. Combining localization, multi-stakeholder symbiosis, and sustainability principles, it activates neighborhood mutual assistance resources and constructs a collaborative network. The design creates a "Neighborhood Love Community" service system offline while developing the "Heart Neighbor+" APP to enhance resource connections online. Through this "offline service + online assistance" model, it ensures both the genuine warmth of emotional support and improves service accessibility and continuity.
